Role Description

This is an internship role at My Wishes Integrated Services located in Greater Kuala Lumpur with the opportunity for some remote work. The Intern will be involved in financial planning, finance, retirement planning, communication, and financial services within the team, assisting on various tasks and projects.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Banking, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.

• No prior working experience required; internship students and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Interested in financial planning, wealth management, investment, and customer relationship management.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients.

• Strong willingness to learn, take initiative, and develop professional skills in the financial services industry.

• Positive attitude with good problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Assist in promoting financial products and services to potential clients.

• Support sales activities including lead generation, client follow-ups, and presentations.

• Assist in identifying customer needs and recommending suitable financial solutions.

• Build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Participate in sales training and product knowledge sessions.

• Assist with preparing sales materials and client documentation.

• Track customer interactions and provide updates to the team.

• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
