Role Description

This is an internship role at My Wishes Integrated Services located in Greater Kuala Lumpur with the opportunity for some remote work. The Intern will be involved in financial planning, finance, retirement planning, communication, and financial services within the team, assisting on various tasks and projects.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Banking, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.

• No prior working experience required; internship students and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Interested in financial planning, wealth management, investment, and customer relationship management.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients.

• Strong willingness to learn, take initiative, and develop professional skills in the financial services industry.

• Positive attitude with good problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Assist in understanding clients’ financial goals and requirements.

• Support the team in providing suitable financial solutions based on client needs.

• Assist in explaining financial products and services to clients.

• Support client meetings, follow-ups, and relationship management activities.

• Conduct research on financial products and market trends.

• Maintain proper documentation and assist with client records.

• Participate in training sessions to enhance financial knowledge and advisory skills.

• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
