Role Description

This is an internship role at My Wishes Integrated Services located in Greater Kuala Lumpur with the opportunity for some remote work. The Intern will be involved in financial planning, finance, retirement planning, communication, and financial services within the team, assisting on various tasks and projects.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Banking, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.

• No prior working experience required; internship students and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Interested in financial planning, wealth management, investment, and customer relationship management.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients.

• Strong willingness to learn, take initiative, and develop professional skills in the financial services industry.

• Positive attitude with good problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Assist in understanding clients’ financial needs and goals.

• Support financial planning activities and preparation of client documents.

• Assist in explaining basic financial products and services to clients.

• Conduct research on financial products, market trends, and industry information.

• Support client follow-ups and maintain good customer relationships.

• Participate in training sessions to improve financial knowledge and professional skills.

• Assist the team with daily administrative and operational tasks.

• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
