Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment and machines.

• Run multiple machines and perform machine logging and documentation.

• Monitor equipment performance and report abnormalities to supervisors.

• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process specifications.

• Perform quality checks and ensure products meet manufacturing standards.

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following safety regulations and using required PPE.

• Attend training programs and complete certification requirements.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and safety.

• Work closely with team members and communicate updates during shift handovers.

• Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements

• SPM, STPM, SKM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.

• Basic computer literacy.

• Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including day and night shifts.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Manufacturing or semiconductor experience is an advantage.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced production environment.
