• Demonstrate excellent customer service awareness, teamwork, and communication skills.

• Hold relevant professional beauty certifications or have received awards in beauty industry competitions. This will be considered an added advantage.

Professional Beauty Services

• Provide a full range of beauty treatments, including facial treatments, skincare services, body treatments, and other professional beauty services.

• Perform skin analysis and recommend suitable beauty treatments based on each customer's skin condition and concerns.

• Operate beauty equipment and apply professional techniques in accordance with company standards.

Customer Consultation & Recommendations

• Provide professional beauty consultations based on each customer's skin type, concerns, and personal preferences.

• Recommend suitable beauty treatments and skincare products to help customers achieve their desired results.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by delivering excellent service and personalized care.

Hygiene & Maintenance

• Strictly follow sterilization, hygiene, and safety procedures.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation.

• Properly manage, clean, and maintain all beauty equipment, tools, and products.
