SPM/STPM or equivalent qualification.

Minimum 5 years of experience in: Customs Brokerage, Customs Clearance, Freight Forwarding and Import & Export Operations

Good understanding of Malaysian Customs procedures, tariff classifications, duties, and taxes.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Able to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Customer-focused with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Prepare and compile import documentation, including commercial invoices, certificates of origin, and cargo control documents.

Calculate and advise on applicable duties, taxes, tariffs, and customs-related charges.

Support customs clearance processes and coordinate payments of duties and taxes.

Classify goods according to tariff coding systems and ensure accurate customs declarations.

Assist customers with customs requirements, import/export restrictions, tariff systems, insurance requirements, and compliance matters.

Liaise with customs brokers, government authorities, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth cargo clearance.

Process duty drawback applications, tariff concessions, and refund claims where applicable.

Support warehouse license renewals, customs reporting, and audit-related activities.

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with customs regulations and company procedures.
