Help maintain and update employee records in both physical and digital formats.

Assist in responding to employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and regulations.

Learn about payroll processes and assist the team with basic payroll-related tasks if needed.

Support the onboarding process by helping with initial orientation for newly hired contractors.

Participate in initiatives that promote workplace diversity and inclusion under the guidance of HR staff.
