Requirements

  • Education Background: Bachelor's in Human Resources Management, Human Resource Development, Education / Training & Development, Business Administration and any related field

  • Video editing and content creation skills

  • Creativity and basic graphic design abilities

  • Good communication skills and attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Microsoft Teams

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Create learning videos and digital learning content

  • Edit videos, including subtitles, graphics, animations, and voiceovers

  • Transform training materials, PDFs, and presentations into engaging video-based learning content

  • Contribute ideas for learning campaigns and employee engagement activities

  • Support Talent Development administrative tasks
