Minimum Education: Diploma / STPM
Language Requirement: English
Work Locations:
Mondays: Plot 80 (A), Bayan Lepas Industrial Zone Phase IV, MK 12, Lintang Bayan Lepas 6, 11900 Penang, Malaysia
Tuesdays to Saturdays: Plot 76, Mukim II, Bukit Tengah Industrial Park, 14000, Georgetown, Pulau Pinang
Work Schedule:
Monday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Tuesday to Saturday (Shift rotation):
Shift 1: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Shift 2: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely assistance
Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and service quality.
Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the system while following company procedures and guidelines.
