This role will support the marketing team with event planning, coordination, and execution. This hands-on internship opportunity is ideal for someone eager to gain practical experience in event management within a fast-paced and exciting industry.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and coordination of various marketing events, including seminars, product launches, trade shows, and community outreach programs.

• Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, equipment rental, and transportation arrangements.

• Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote events, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and print materials.

• Provide on-site support during events, including setup, registration, customer engagement, and troubleshooting.

• Assist in evaluating the success of events through attendee feedback, post-event surveys, and analysis of key performance metrics.

• Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including data entry, file organization, and inventory management.

• Diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework or experience is a plus.

• Willingness to travel to different locations and move around during events.

• Flexibility to work during public holidays and weekends as needed.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail.

• Enthusiastic and positive attitude.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, cross-functional team and fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
