Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Corporate Administration, or related field

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)

Familiar with or willing to learn Companies Act 2016 and SSM requirements

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information with integrity

Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Assist in preparing and filing statutory documents with SSM (Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia)

Maintain and update company statutory registers and records

Assist in drafting board resolutions, minutes of meetings, and other corporate documents

Organize and maintain proper filing of company secretarial documents

Perform data entry into company secretarial software

Assist in the preparation of Annual Returns and other statutory submissions

Liaise with clients on document collection to ensure completeness and accuracy

Support seniors in handling incorporation of new companies and related tasks

Other ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time
