 1–3 years’ experience in IT support (fresh graduates may apply).

 Basic knowledge of Window OS, Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, Basic Networking.

 Good communication and customer service skills.

 Ability to work under pressure and meet SLA.

 Able travelling

 Provide technical assistance via phone, email, remote access, or onsite.

 Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network issues.

 Support Windows OS, Microsoft Office, email, and basic applications.

 Reset passwords and manage user accounts (Active Directory).

 Log and track incidents using ticketing systems.

 Ensure timely resolution based on SLA.

 Escalate unresolved issues to Level 2/3 engineers.

 Install and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.

 Assist in LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity troubleshooting.

 Support VPN access and email configuration.

 Maintain user guides and troubleshooting documentation.

 Prepare monthly support reports (if required).
