SPM or Diploma in business studies and those with experience in related field.

Product Knowledge - To confidently explain the features and benefits of bedding products.

Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills, to effectively engage with customers, understand their needs and build rapport.

Proactive, independent and outgoing.

Required Language: Mandarin / Cantonese , English & Bahasa, fluent in spoken and written.

We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin/Cantonese to effectively communicate with Mandarin / Cantonese speaking clients.

Must be computer literate and efficient in Microsoft Office, spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel) and PowerPoint presentations.

Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing accurate information.

Detail-oriented with strong reconciliation skills.

Able to work on weekends and holidays.

Achieve personal sales goals while supporting the goals of the team.

Provide honest and confident feedback to customers regarding merchandise style and fit.

Ensuring all products are displayed attractively and neatly, and that promotional materials are readily available.

Build relationships with customers by contacting them to follow up on purchases, suggest purchase options.

Staying up-to-date on product information, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers.

Creating a positive and engaging experience for customers, promoting the company’s brand and values.

Handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
