What's the team function?

Creative Multimedia team is responsible for:

• Creating visual concepts to be uploaded on our eCommerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada and DotCom website) and social medias

• Combining art and technology to transform ideas into visuals

• Boosting Dasher's and other associated Brands' (Dreame, 70mai, Levoit, Xiaomi etc.) visibility and presence

• Creating impactful visual designs that effectively deliver messages to target audience

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

• Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva.

• Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects is an added advantage.

• Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about design.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good time management skills and willing to learn.

What's your role?

• Create engaging visuals for social media, marketing campaigns, and promotional materials under the guidance of the design team.

• Support creative brainstorming by contributing fresh ideas and helping transform concepts into eye-catching designs.

• Explore and utilize AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Canva AI, etc.) to improve creativity and design workflow.

• Design digital content such as social media posts, banners, posters, EDMs, and other marketing materials.

• Learn from campaign performance by understanding which designs perform well and applying those insights to future projects.

• Keep up with the latest design trends, social media trends, and AI innovations to bring new ideas to the team.

• ⏰ Assist in delivering design projects on time while maintaining quality and attention to detail.

• Review and refine artwork before submission to ensure accuracy and consistency with the company's branding.

Your playground includes:

eCommerce visuals (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop), printed POSM (flyers, banners, standees), booth concepts and setups, social media content, infographics, and basically anything visual that needs to look top-notch.
