What's the team function?

Social Media Content Team is responsible for:

• Assist in raising brand awareness of DASHER culture on Social Media platforms

• Create engaging social media content (photos, videos, posts) to showcase Dasher culture and events.

• Brainstorm creative ideas for employer branding campaigns.

• Support HR in promoting company culture to attract potential talents.

What's the skill required?

• Good command (both spoken and written) in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

• Bubbly, creative and confident personality

• Good team player and willing to go extra miles

• Experience or background of Videographer, Marketing, Ecommerce, Mass Communication, Media, Social Media would be an added advantage!

What's your role?

• Follow the current trends and best practices on social media platform such as IG reels, TikTok short video etc.

• Able to deliver basic editing of the video to create content and visualizing social media posting

• Able to plan advertising timeline or calendar for all social media platform

• To produce reels and short video content on-time, and monitor engagement with audience

• Work closely with HR and team leaders to understand employee engagement initiatives.

• Produce highlight videos or posts to share internally/externally
