• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction site safety supervision (preferred).

• Good knowledge of Malaysian Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations and construction safety requirements.

• Familiar with Permit to Work (PTW), Risk Assessment (HIRARC), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and toolbox meetings.

• Able to conduct site safety inspections, identify hazards, and recommend corrective actions.

• Experience in preparing safety reports, inspection records, and incident investigations.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with contractors, consultants, and project teams.

• Able to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Willing to work at project sites and travel when required.

• Candidates who can start immediately or within short notice will have an added advantage.

Monitor workmanship, quality, and compliance with drawings and specifications.

Manage the scheduling of machinery and materials.

Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure work progresses according to schedule.

Prepare and submit daily work progress reports.

Carry out site works supervision and inspection.

Assist the Project/Construction Manager with construction equipment planning for M&E works, manpower planning, and attending meetings, etc.

Resolve site issues and report progress to the Project Manager.

Attend daily toolbox meetings.

Perform other related duties as require
