Job Description

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of SAP experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced Level) and Power BI
  • Experience in Production Planning or Project Management environments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in KPI tracking and dashboard preparation

Responsibilities

  • Customization & Market Availability Planning
  • Share Production Plans (Master Production Schedule) with the Zuellig team
  • Reconcile hologram stickering records
  • Support RCCP sharing and document verification for product release
  • Conduct inventory reconciliation checks
  • Coordinate mock-up approvals, customization, branding, and FAI approvals in Enovia
  • Master Data Management
  • Coordinate with customers to create and update master data (WMS, FPC, Pricing, Standard Cost)
  • Create and maintain SKU requirements in DSBP
  • Manage master data for new SKUs in Enovia
  • Ordering, Shipping & Billing Management
  • Coordinate shipment activities, SAP transactions, and invoice processing
  • Manage incoming shipments between I-Trade and Zuellig
  • Support EDI customer order coordination and delivery tracking
  • Validate invoices, storage, handling, and operational charges
  • Manage POD reconciliation and documentation
  • Customer Returns & Rejections
  • Liaise with stakeholders on rejection investigations and RCA processes
  • Process customer returns in SAP after validation
