Requirements
- Proven experience in export sales or international business development.
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations, documentation, and logistics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Proficiency in market analysis and strategic planning.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach and the ability to work independently.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in at least one other relevant foreign language is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to expand export sales in designated international markets.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with potential clients and distributors abroad.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing international customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to understand international trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective overseas clients.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and payment conditions with international buyers.
- Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, production, finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
