Job Description:
We are an established outsourced accounting firm providing comprehensive accounting and payroll services to a diverse portfolio of clients. We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented individual to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full set or partial accounts for multiple clients

• Prepare monthly financial reports, management accounts, and schedules

• Process payroll, EPF, SOCSO, and related statutory submissions

• Assist in tax computations and audit support when required

• Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and records

• Liaise with clients on accounting and payroll matters

• Ensure deadlines are met in a timely and accurate manner

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)

• Familiar with accounting software (e.g. SQL, AutoCount, or similar) is an advantage

• Knowledge of Malaysian statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, PCB) is an added advantage

• Able to work independently and meet deadlines

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn — guidance and training will be provided, so no need to worry if you are still building your experience
