• A recognised Degree / Diploma in Finance, Statistic, Commerce, Economics, Mathematics or any other equivalent qualification.

• A team player, with good communication and pleasant attitude.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, VBA and Words.

• Possess strong analytical skill and able to meet deadlines set.

• Related working experience will be added advantage

Job responsibilities :

• Provide clear guidance to account owners on balance substantiation requirements to ensure compliance and accurate financial reporting.

• Assisting in preparing and enhancing recon listing by incorporating key details such as aging analysis and balance classifications to support effective tracking and review.

• Follow up with stakeholder on long aged item on the nature and expected clearance date

• Monitor submission timelines and send reminders to ensure timely delivery of required documentation for review.

• Conduct detailed reviews of recon listing and supporting documents submitted by account owners.

• Perform reconciliation on balance and raise journal if required.

Job Details :

• Working days: Monday – Friday

• Working hours: 8.45 AM – 5.45 PM

• Working Location: Jalan Raja Laut, Kuala Lumpur (nearby LRT Bandaraya)

• Salary : RM2,800 - RM3,000
