Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Electrical, Tooling field.

Knowledge and experience with grinding workshop, or similar capacity and similar industry.

Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Able to understand mechanical drawing.

Knowledge and experience to operate the machine such as milling, grinding, CNC milling/grinding.

Work in shift pattern

Ability to work well with others and communicate effectively within a team environment

Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks

Set up new products, including installation of plating tools and configuration of machine parameters in accordance with process requirements.

Prepare machines and production processes based on work orders, specifications, and operating procedures.

Perform troubleshooting and corrective actions for production defects, equipment issues, or line abnormalities to minimize downtime.

Ensure process and machine stability throughout production to meet quality, safety, and efficiency standards.

Conduct routine chemical replenishment and monitoring to maintain optimal process conditions.

Perform machine condition checks to prevent interruptions and ensure continuous production operations.

Assist in executing preventive maintenance schedules to ensure equipment reliability and performance.

Maintain 5S and housekeeping standards at the workstation and production area.

Prepare and maintain accurate production reports, records, and documentation in compliance with production procedures.
