Job Description

Requirements

  • Miinimum education of SPM, however diploma in baking is an advantage.

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

  • Required skills: Baking Techniques, Food Safety and Hygiene, Recipe Adherence 

  • Willing to learn (a desire to learn and be proud of what you are doing).

  • Work quickly (always strive to be faster and think of ways to improve what we do).

Responsibilities

  • Bake cakes (measure ingredients, mix them in sequence, bake within proper time and temperature).

  • Make frosting and ganache.

  • Layer and decorate cakes using chocolate and piping works.

  • Prepare chocolate decorations.

  • Maintain overall kitchen cleanliness.

  • Wash utensils and equipment.
