Good written English with the ability to produce engaging and brand-consistent content.

Basic understanding of social media platforms, audience engagement, and content performance.

Familiar with Canva, CapCut, or similar creative tools.

Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel or Google Sheets.

Able to interpret basic digital marketing metrics such as reach, engagement, impressions, and click-through rate.

Organised, self-motivated, able to manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

Plan and coordinate monthly marketing campaigns and promotional calendars.

Prepare and schedule digital advertising content across multiple online channels.

Create engaging social media content, including graphics, copywriting, and short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

Monitor social media performance such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and campaign effectiveness, and prepare simple reports.

Support the implementation of online sales and digital marketing initiatives.

Assist with website campaign setup, optimization, and promotional activities.
