We specialize in industry-leading tools—including Autodesk, Adobe, SketchUp, Bluebeam, and 4DKankan—alongside expert BIM consulting and advisory services. We help architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) firms optimize their workflows and technology stacks.

The Role We are looking for a highly motivated and articulate B2B Telesales Executive to join our team on a part-time/freelance basis. Your primary goal will be to generate qualified leads and set up discovery appointments for our Senior Product Specialist. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, introducing them to our software solutions and BIM consultancy services.

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B telemarketing, telesales, or inside sales.

• Excellent spoken and written English (fluency in Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin is a strong advantage).

• Comfortable speaking with technical professionals and business owners.

• Self-motivated, resilient, and highly organized.

• Bonus: Prior experience selling SaaS, CAD/BIM software, or working within the AEC industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound B2B cold calls to decision-makers in the AEC, manufacturing, and design industries.

• Introduce our core software portfolio (Autodesk, SketchUp, Bluebeam, Adobe) and BIM advisory services.

• Qualify leads by identifying their current design software bottlenecks and project needs.

• Schedule software demonstrations and consultation appointments for our product specialists.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, prospect details, and follow-ups in our CRM system.
