Must possess a Primary School education or equivalent.

No prior experience in a manufacturing or production role is required; training will be provided.

Willingness to adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

Possess at least UPSR / PMR qualifications or an equivalent qualification.

No prior work experience is required. Training will be provided to successful candidates.

Able to operate machinery in accordance with established work instructions and procedures.

Capable of working effectively as part of a team and maintaining good cooperation with colleagues and supervisors.

Ensure that all products produced meet the quality standards set by the company.

Carry out general production duties, including moving materials, housekeeping, and ensuring the work area is kept clean, tidy, and safe.

Willing to work overtime when required.

Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Carry out basic quality inspections on products to ensure they meet the required standards.

Assist with the loading and unloading of raw materials and finished goods.

Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment in accordance with company regulations.

Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve daily production targets.

Report any machinery faults or quality issues to the supervisor promptly.

Follow work instructions and established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
