Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in export sales or international marketing, preferably in the manufacturing or automotive/motorcycle industry.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken). Advanced proficiency in Japanese is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen, with the ability to work independently in a multicultural environment.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and highly responsible.
- Strong interest in bicycles and motorcycles. Knowledge of the related industry will be an added advantage.
- Willing to travel internationally on a frequent basis and adapt to a flexible, nomadic work arrangement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement export strategies for motorcycle chain products to achieve global sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and distribution partners.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in key markets across Asia, Africa, India, Central Asia, and other regions.
- Coordinate with the production, logistics, and quality teams to ensure timely delivery and maintain high product quality.
- Travel internationally to meet clients, attend trade exhibitions, and support overseas business operations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to target markets.
