Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in M&E or electrical works within construction, fit-out, or building projects.

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, M&E coordination, testing & commissioning, and technical troubleshooting.

Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, M&E schematics, and technical specifications.

Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project coordination/documentation tools.

Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage, with strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Coordinate and oversee electrical and M&E works across both office and project site environments in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.

Review and interpret electrical drawings, M&E shop drawings, technical specifications, and project documents prior to execution.

Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and other trades to ensure smooth project execution and integration of M&E works.

Monitor project progress, workmanship quality, and project schedules to ensure timely completion of works.

Conduct site inspections, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of electrical and M&E systems.

Identify and resolve technical issues, design clashes, and site coordination matters related to electrical and M&E works.

Prepare and maintain project documentation including progress reports, inspection records, material submissions, and as-built drawings.

Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities, and utility providers for submissions, approvals, inspections, and project coordination.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, company SOPs, local authority requirements, and project specifications at all times.

Support the Project Manager in project planning, coordination meetings, procurement coordination, and overall project execution, including frequent travel between office and project sites as required.
