• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Dealership Operations, GTM Strategy, or Channel Enablement, ideally within the automotive, digital, or retail sectors.

• Solid understanding of dealership environments, SOP development, and performance tracking.

• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic decisions.

• Proactive, hands-on approach with a strong bias toward execution and ownership.

Dealership Standards

• Develop, enforce, and enhance operational SOPs for CARSOME's dealership network to ensure a standardized, high-quality customer experience.

• Define dealership KPIs and implement regular monitoring tools (e.g., audits, scorecards, dashboards) to evaluate operational compliance and performance.

• Conduct field visits and operational reviews to provide actionable feedback and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Train and support dealership teams to ensure understanding and execution of brand and operational standards.

• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Training, Quality Assurance) to roll out new processes and address operational gaps.

Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy

• Lead the planning and execution of GTM strategies for new product launches, campaigns, and market rollouts.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product, and Operations) to ensure cohesive execution of GTM plans.

• Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to support product positioning, campaign design, and pricing strategy.

• Analyze post-launch performance metrics and optimize strategies for future rollouts.
