Diploma in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field (preferred).

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite software, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

Strong graphic design and layout skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Knowledge of printing processes and file preparation for both print and digital formats.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with varying deadlines.

Creative problem-solving and a commitment to quality design.

Utilize Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop to design and layout a variety of materials, including brochures, reports, presentations, posters, and marketing collateral.

Create visually appealing and well-organized documents that effectively convey the intended message.

Maintain and enforce brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in design elements, typography, and color usage across all materials.

Collaborate with marketing and design teams to evolve and improve brand assets.

Edit and retouch images as needed to enhance visual appeal and quality.

Review and proofread documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to design standards.

Conduct pre-flight checks and resolve any potential printing or formatting issues.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creators, and project managers, to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional design solutions.

Provide guidance and collaborate with team members to achieve design objectives.
