Requirements
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in project budgeting and tender preparation.
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, Cost Engineering, or related fields.
Experience in construction bidding, pricing, and commercial project management.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Glodon, and other cost estimation software.
Strong planning, communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
Prepare design estimates, construction budgets, tender documents, and quantity take-offs.
Prepare and maintain commercial bid documents, qualification submissions, and business databases.
Review project budgets, negotiate contracts, process payment claims, manage subcontractor settlements, and handle final accounts.
