Possess Degree in Computer Science or related courses. •

Minimum of 7 years working experience in IT environment. •

Demonstrate solid knowledge in computer systems and networking. •

Hands-on experience with CISCO hardware and other networking equipment •

Have a strong knowledge in ISO27001 procedures.

Lead the design, implementation and enhancement of JPB’s network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, VPN and wireless networks, aligned with business requirements. •

Manage the installation, configuration and deployment of network equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls and wireless access points. •

Monitor and maintain network performance to ensure optimal operation, high availability and minimal downtime. •

Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve network-related issues, including connectivity, performance and security incidents, and conduct root cause analysis for continuous improvement. •

Implement and enforce network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs and intrusion detection/prevention systems, ensuring compliance with security standards and policies. •

Maintain comprehensive network documentation, including configurations, architecture diagrams, fibre layouts and operational procedures, and prepare regular performance and security reports. •

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, ICT teams and external vendors to support network projects, system upgrades and operational requirements, while providing technical support and guidance to users. •

Drive network optimization and resilience by implementing performance improvements, disaster recovery plans, backup strategies and ensuring up-to-date asset and configuration management.
