Possess a minimum Certificate/Diploma in related course. •

Demonstrate solid knowledge in computer systems and networking. •

Have a strong knowledge in ISO27001 procedures. •

Have a strong communication skills.

Provide technical support by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, assisting users with IT equipment (computers, printers, scanners), and delivering on-site or remote support.

Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and IT equipment, including performing updates and patches to ensure system security and optimal performance.

Support and maintain network infrastructure by ensuring connectivity, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with the setup of LAN, WAN, and VPN systems for secure operations.

Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures, perform regular data backups and recovery, and enforce IT security policies to protect systems and ensure compliance.

Manage IT equipment inventory, perform routine maintenance, and support procurement to ensure efficient and reliable use of IT resources.

Support daily operations of port management systems, troubleshoot issues to ensure uptime, and assist with system upgrades and patches.

Maintain IT documentation, prepare reports on system performance and issues, and standardize procedures and guidelines for staff use.

Collaborate with teams on IT projects, provide user training, and guide staff in troubleshooting and effective use of IT resources.

Perform routine maintenance on IT systems and infrastructure, and support upgrades or new technology implementations to enhance efficiency.
