We are looking for a creative and versatile UI/UX Designer / Graphic Designerwho has a strong foundation inweb & mobile design, WordPress development, and digital marketing creatives. Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience is a plus (fresh grads welcome with strong portfolio)

• Able to communicate effectively in EnglishandMandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders. (Cantonese is an added advantage)

• Knowledge of basic animationorphotography is a bonus

• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines

• Up-to-date with current design trendsanddigital tools

• Salary will be based on experience and qualifications.

• The candidate is willing to work in Puchong.

Responsibilities

UI/UX Design (Web & Mobile)

• Design user-friendly, intuitive web and mobile interfaces

• Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma

• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure seamless design implementation

WordPress & Web Development

• Build and manage websites and landing pages using WordPress + Elementor

• Ensure responsive design, optimal performance, and accessibility

• Coordinate with marketing and product teams to update and manage website content

Digital Marketing Creatives

• Design engaging social media graphics, EDMs, banners, and ad creatives

• Maintain consistent visual branding across all platforms

• Support visual needs for product launches, campaigns, and partnerships

Core Skills

• Proficient in Figma (UI design, design systems, prototyping)

• Hands-on experience with WordPressandElementor

• Strong understanding of mobile UX/UI best practices

• Ability to design digital assets for marketing: social media, EDMs, banners

• Bonus: Video editingandAI-generated video knowledge
