Job Responsibilities

• Conduct live streaming sessions on TikTok/other social media platform according to the Company's schedule.

• Introduce and promote the Company's products in an engaging and professional manner during live sessions.

• Interact actively with viewers by answering questions, encouraging participation, and increasing sales conversions.

• Follow the Company's live streaming scripts, product information, pricing, promotional campaigns, and SOPs.

• Attend training sessions and continuously improve live hosting, communication, and product knowledge.

• Cooperate with the marketing team to create short promotional videos for livestream traffic when required.

• Maintain a positive, energetic, and professional image during live sessions.

• Achieve monthly livestream hours and basic performance targets set by the Company.

• Conduct 6 hours of livestream sessions daily (Full-Time) according to the Company's schedule.

• Prepare for livestreams by understanding product knowledge, promotional campaigns, and livestream scripts.

• Assist in recording short-form promotional videos and performing other livestream-related duties assigned by the Company.

• Work closely with the marketing and operations team to improve livestream performance and customer engagement.

Job Requirements

• Able to speak Bahasa Malaysia fluently.

• Previous livestream experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates and beginners are encouraged to apply.

• Comfortable speaking in front of a camera with a confident and energetic personality.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.

• Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays if required.

• Basic knowledge of TikTok Live or e-commerce platforms is an added advantage.

Working Arrangement

Full-Time

• Total working hours: 9 hours/day-6 hours of live streaming per day(3 hours rest).

• Remaining working hours will be allocated to livestream preparation, product learning, content planning, short video recording, breaks, and other assigned tasks.

• Work according to the Company's roster and schedule.
  

Part-Time

• Work according to the Company's livestream roster.

• Minimum commitment of 40 livestream hours per month.
