1-2 years of proven experience in a sales role in any industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.

Proficiency in providing exceptional customer service and resolving client inquiries promptly and professionally.

Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Fluency in Mandarin is required for client communication and documentation.

This is NOT a product sales job.

Your main responsibility is to find, approach, and recruit Live Stream Hosts (Influencers/KOLs) to work with us. You will build relationships with the Live Hosts and encourage them to collaborate with us to do live streaming.

Job Responsibilities:

- Find potential Live Stream Hosts or Influencers.

- Contact and build good relationships with them.

- Explain our opportunity and convince them to join our live selling campaigns.

- Assist new hosts during the onboarding process.

- Work closely with the team to ensure campaigns run smoothly.

- Continuously recruit and maintain a network of quality live hosts.
