Job Description

Requirements

  • Manage and maintain the full set of accounts, including AP, AR, and GL, ensuring timely monthly closing and reconciliation.
  • Prepare and submit SST returns in compliance with statutory deadlines.
  • Oversee the end-to-end E-Invoice process to ensure full compliance with LHDN requirements.
  • Process monthly staff payroll / salaries, including statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
  • Handle daily accounting operations, such as data entry, payment verification, and bank reconciliations.
  • Utilize Autocount Accounting Software for all accounting transactions and financial reporting.
  • Assist in basic tax computations and liaise with external auditors, tax agents, or company secretary when required.
  • Prepare ad-hoc financial reports and analysis as requested by management.

Responsibilities

  • Handle full-set accounts (AP/AR/GL), monthly closing & reconciliation
  • Submit SST, manage E-Invoice process
  • Process payroll & statutory contributions
  • Daily data entry, bank reconciliation, using Autocount
  • Assist tax & ad-hoc reports
