Requirements
Able to follow instructions and operate basic production equipment.
Physically fit and able to work in a production environment.
Willing to work shifts.
Responsibilities
Support the Mixing area by operating the mixer and assisting in material preparation to ensure consistent and safe production of compound.
Load raw materials into the mixer according to instructions and recipes.
Operate and monitor the mixer safely, following standard procedures.
Check basic batch quality (temperature, weight, appearance) before transfer.
Assist in transferring mixed compound to the packer or staging area.
Maintain cleanliness (5S) around the mixing area and follow all safety rules.
Report any abnormalities in machine performance or material quality immediately.
