Able to follow instructions and work in shopfloor environment.

Physically fit and comfortable working in a production area.

Good discipline, teamwork, and safety awareness.

Willing to work shifts.

Support the Mixing area by packing, weighing, labeling, and preparing mixed rubber compounds according to delivery plan, standard procedures and production requirements.

Pack compound sheets/ strips according to specific weight and packaging standards.

Label and tag each batch accurately for traceability.

Arrange packed materials on pallets and move them to the designated storage area.

Perform visual checks to ensure compound quality before packing.

Maintain cleanliness and 5S in the packing area.

Follow all safety rules and wear the required PPE.

Report any quality or equipment issues to the supervisor immediately.
