Strong product knowledge and the ability to explain technical information in a simple and understandable way

Creativity and the ability to think on your feet to keep the audience engaged and entertained

Familiarity with live streaming platforms and technology, and the ability to troubleshoot any technical issues

A positive, friendly, and professional attitude, with a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience

Fluent speaking in Bahasa and English

Hosting live streaming sessions and interacting with viewers in real-time

Showcasing and demonstrating our products and services in an engaging and persuasive manner

Responding to viewer questions and comments promptly and professionally

Collaborating with the marketing team to develop content and scripts for live sessions

Maintaining a positive and energetic on-screen presence to build a loyal audience

Tracking and reporting on key performance metrics to continuously improve the live streaming experience
