  • Possess a SPM 

  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, both verbal and written.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and product knowledge.

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; entry-level position with comprehensive training provided.

  • Must be willing to work on-site in Kuala Lumpur.

岗位职责

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.

  • Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers effectively.

  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.

  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service.

  • Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in the CRM system.

  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and performance metrics consistently.

  • Follow up with potential customers to close sales and build relationships.
