Possess a SPM

Responsibilities

Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers effectively.
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service.
Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Achieve or exceed sales targets and performance metrics consistently.
