Job Description

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources or Recruitment.

  • Fluent in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English (spoken and written).

  • Possess own transport and willing to travel when required.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Able to work independently and handle multiple hiring tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

  • Search for and attract suitable talents through various recruitment channels.

  • Coordinate interview arrangements and follow up with candidates.

  • Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases.

  • Assist in other HR-related duties as assigned.
