Job Description

Requirements

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

  • 2–3 years of experience in an accounting or finance support role

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.

  • LOCAL candidates only

  • Experience with AutoCount is an advantage, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Proper record and documentation of day-to-day financial transactions.

  • Assist in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, including invoice processing, payment preparation, and follow-ups.

  • Process invoices, expense claims, and ensure timely payments to vendors or others.

  • Assist on month end closing and financial statement monthly, quarterly, and yearly.

  • Assist with basic reconciliations and ensure data accuracy.

  • Perform other duties and ad-hoc projects as necessary.
