Contacting potential customers via telephone to promote products and services.

Generating leads and qualifying prospects for the sales team.

Explaining product features and benefits to potential customers.

Maintaining accurate customer records and sales activity logs in CRM.

Achieving and exceeding monthly sales KPI and daily lead generation KPI.

Providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries.
