SPM level and above

Able to speak and write in Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia and English

Proficient in using MS Office.

Supervise, verify and witness of burial, urn and ancestral installation process.

Coordinate and serve funeral procession from temple to burial site and urn compartment.

Verify and confirm the correct burial plot or urn compartment before the arrival of the procession.

Inspect burial site to ensure that the burial hole excavated and formed are aligned to specification, canopy is prepared, excess earth is removed and the surrounding areas are clean and tidy before arrival of burial.

Ensure that resting area is ready for the funeral procession, Chinese tea is served upon arrival.

Coordinate and witness exhumation, remains and five grains relocation.

Supervise the umbrella, canvas and incense burner delivery servicing.

Prepare the joss-stick, candle and oil lamps are used when / where needed.

Responsible for the inspection of lot after burial to ensure that excavated stones and excessive earths are removed by the following days or within the next 10 days.

Complete urn repository and burial worksheet details with complete document set for example death certificate, burial permit, deceased IC and others.

Arrange on car leading for burial funeral cases and ensure funeral procession is in order.

Perform night watch for cases exercised.

Liaise with respective section or department to settle all problems related to service and operation work.

Full collaboration with service team colleagues and related department to ensure smooth operation during the funeral procession and urn installation rite.

Coordinate with Interment Coordinator Support (ICS) to ensure SEWG processes are carried out seamlessly.
