Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Microbiology, or a related field.

Minimum 5 yearsof QA/QC experience, with2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Knowledge of GMP, ISO, and quality management systems.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Manage the QA/QC department and daily operations.

Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and regulatory requirements.

Develop, implement, and maintain quality policies and procedures.

Monitor product quality from raw materials to finished goods.

Handle customer complaints, non-conformance, and CAPA.

Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits.

Review and approve quality documents and reports.

Lead, train, and develop the QA/QC team.

Work closely with Production, R&D, and other departments to improve product quality.
