Job Descriptions:

Campaign Execution

• Assist in developing, executing, and monitoring initiatives to increase conversions, revenue, and profitability.
• Set up assigned Google and social media ad campaigns.
• Manage SEM, Display, and Social Media campaigns by tracking and optimising results.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns meet visibility and conversion goals.

Social Media & Content Support

• Assist in managing company social media accounts and content.
• Research and propose curated social media content.

Market & Competitor Research

• Conduct research on market trends, brand audiences, and competitors to support campaign strategies.

Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Management

• Manage influencer and affiliate partnerships across relevant social media platforms, including onboarding, coordination, and performance tracking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, affiliates, and agencies to support campaign objectives.

Reporting

• Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly ad performance and campaign analysis reports.

Quality Standards

• Maintain high standards of work quality and meet set timelines for all deliverables.

Job Requirements

• Required Language: English and Mandarin (to handle mandarin advertising content for mandarin-speaking audiences).
• Must have at least 1 year of working experience in marketing or related field handling Google ads and Meta Ads.
• At least 2-3 years of working experience in Google ads and Meta Ads driving conversion rates to be considered for senior role.
• Skilled in Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, or Google Search Console will be an added advantage.
• Google-certified individuals will also have an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates with hands on experience in Google ads or Meta Ads may also apply.
• Able to start work within short notice period will be preferred.
