Minimum SPM / Diploma or higher in Business Administration or related field

At least 1–2 years of relevant admin or sales support experience (automotive industry preferred)

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)

Good communication and coordination skills to work with sales team and customers

Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to ensure accuracy in documentation

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge of automotive sales process (loan, insurance, registration) is an added advantage

Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Basic proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage)

Prepare and process sales documents such as quotations, invoices, and delivery orders

Support the sales team in daily administrative tasks and coordination

Handle vehicle booking, registration, and documentation with relevant authorities

Liaise with banks, insurance companies, and customers regarding loan and insurance matters

Ensure all sales records and customer data are accurately maintained and updated

Monitor and follow up on sales orders to ensure timely processing and delivery

Assist in stock coordination and vehicle availability updates

Handle customer inquiries related to sales documentation and processes

Ensure compliance with company policies and automotive regulations

Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management
