• Minimum Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems is an advantage.

• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor raw material purchases and import shipments.

• Follow up on supplier deliveries, shipping documents, and payment status.

• Prepare stock reports, production planning reports, and sales forecasts.

• Plan and monitor material allocation based on customer orders and production schedules.

• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, Finance, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.

• Update and maintain records in ERP, MES, and other company systems.

• Monitor production progress and ensure materials are available according to the production plan.

• Handle supplier claims and related documentation.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures and ISO requirements.

• Perform other duties assigned by the superior from time to time.
