Candidate must possess at least a Post Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree, Quantity Surveyor or equivalent

At least 4 year(s) of infrastructure and building related projects working experience as a QS is required for this position and handling or managing staff under in terms of junior quantity surveyor

Preferably candidates specializing in Quantity Surveying or equivalent

Should be conversant with MS Office, particularly easy in working with Excel spread sheets in added advantage

Undertake and carry out works with responsibilities and eye for details

Good planning skill and willing to learn and take up challenges

Experience with analysis of tender, preparation of tender submission & BQ, cost estimation, handle claims and payment for the project

Measurement of quantity, experience in taking off

Experience in managing people

Processing of progress claim and variations to ensure on time submissions

Measure actual work at site and analyze subcontractor prices

To perform any other Ad-hoc assignments as and when required by the management.
